If you go to your Dock and open LaunchPad (the icon that looks like a bunch of icons), locate the DisplayLink Manager icon and click on it. This should resolve the issue and make your monitors turn on.



Additionally, if you ensure that "Launch automatically after login" is checked, it should continue to start automatically after each reboot. You can find this in the top-right corner of your screen.
